From Downtown Worcester: Take Lincoln Street north (away from downtown), take a left at Harlow Street (2nd lights). Take a right into the parking lot via the New Street entrance.

From Lincoln Street north of Lincoln Plaza: Take Lincoln St south (towards downtown) past Lincoln Plaza, Hanover Insurance (used to be Allmerica) and the Rt 290 overpass. Bear left at the junction of Burncoat & Lincoln Street. Pass Hahnemann Hospital on your left and take a right at Harlow Street (at lights). Take a right into the parking lot via the New Street entrance.

From Route 290 West (Shrewsbury or Boston travelers who prefer Route 495 north from the pike to 290 West): Take Exit 20 (Lincoln Street, Route 70) off Route 290. Turn left off the ramp. Bear left at the junction of Burncoat & Lincoln Street. Pass Hahnemann Hospital on your left and take a right at Harlow Street (at lights). Take a right into the parking lot via the New Street entrance.

From Route 290 East (Auburn or the Mass Pike traveling West from Boston or East from Springfield): take Exit 10 off the Mass Pike to Route 290 East into Worcester to Exit 20 (Burncoat/Lincoln Street). Take a right off the ramp to Burncoat Street, bear onto Lincoln Street at the fork, passing Hahnemann Hospital on your left. Take a right at Harlow Street (at lights). Take a right into the parking lot via the New Street entrance.

From Route 190 South (Fitchburg): Take left exit off of Rt 190 to Rt 290 East. Take immediate right exit off the ramp to the Burncoat/Lincoln Street exit. Take a right off the ramp to Burncoat Street, bear onto Lincoln Street at the fork, passing Hahnemann Hospital on your left. Take a right at Harlow Street (at lights). Take a right into the parking lot via the New Street entrance.

Yes. Think Tank allows students to try any class for a period of three weeks before having to commit to the semester. If a student is not satisfied with a class they are free to discontinue after the third week and do not have to pay forward for any future classes. After the third week however, students are expected to commit to the class entirely and full semester tuition is expected regardless of attendance. 

No. Think Tank does not issue refunds for any payments made.
